The Old Law Library was built in 1884 and is recognised as one of Manchester’s “hidden gems”. The building was for many years used as a members law library and indeed the reading room with many of the old law books is still intact with the same furniture which was designed and constructed when the building was originally built.
Manchester Law Library has since moved on to new premises and we are privileged to take over as custodians of this Grade 2 Listed building.
Space very rarely becomes available in this building but when it does it snapped up by occupiers who value the stunning architecture and amazing space the Building provides.
